Welcome to UBI Radio UK
In the begining, UBI was group of mates all having a laugh. We didn't make any money out of it. The idea was a parody Radio station, where we not only made all the music but the adverts, news, reports.... Dj Kim used to bug me about making another UBI nearly every day I saw him, so this is for you. I'm sorry it wasn't 3 years sooner. The Lockdown challenge was; find a way of being able to have the same laughs we had years ago, while keeping in contact and staying positive through our love for music. When I started this Radio station 30 years ago, I didn't pay any of the DJ's. I'm glad to say, I'm not paying any of them now.

UBI is an acronym United Blingdom Independent.
In 30 years we haven't been asked what it stood for.
